Hi, friends & fiends & strangers alike. This is Fluffy. And this is my store. Please know that you can shop in confidence here at our secure, online web store. All customer service, should you require it, will always be prompt and friendly. I want you to be happy! And all products are top-notch. Or else I wouldn't put my name on it! Most of you know me by now, and know how important it is to me. Please note all prices are in CAD, because like me, the store is proudly Canadian! Have fun shopping. And thank you so much. Basic Shopping Instructions
Please select item, by clicking on the "add to cart" button, and then once at checkout, please click "continue shopping" which will take you back to the webstore, where you can select other items. *Also please note that you DO NOT need PayPal to shop with us! Click through the payment process, and you will be given an option at the end to pay with credit card or PayPal. **Don't forget to click on the shipping button that applies to you! Any questions/problems, please email our store administrator at starrstore@shaw.ca and somebody will assist you shortly. ***Also please DOUBLECHECK the final items in your shoppingcart at the very end. Do you have the correct shipping? Do you have the right size? Do you have the right amount of items? Doublechecking will make things easier for everybody, and ensure you get your order more swiftly. DOUBLECHECK!!!

Please let us know in the "Optional Instructions" box at the end of the checkout process. Tell us the name you'd like Fluffy to make it out to. Shipping Info
Yes, we ship anywhere in the world! *Important: Be sure to select the correct shipping button that applies to you, or your order will be rejected. If you live in Canada, you do not need to do anything, because we are shipping from Canada. **Outside Canada, you will need to specify the shipping that applies to you: United States, or International (anywhere else). ***Please note: that in the final checkout process, you will see the default shipping, PLUS your additional shipping (if you live outside Canada). Don't be alarmed. This is CORRECT, and will cover all shipping and handling. If you make a mistake and complete the checkout process without adding the applicable shipping, then just select the shipping, as if you are buying it like an item. The default shipping won't be added to this again. At the store we will see it seperately, but will put them together, since it is coming from the same account. No worries! Any questions, just email the store, and we'll guide you through it.

Return/Exchange Policy
Before shopping, be sure to read the size specs page and make your choices carefully. We will honor refunds and exchanges within 30 days of our shipping date, as long as the item is in it's original condition, and has not been washed or worn, and with the original electronic invoice you received upon ordering. Please include a note with your phone number and the reason why you are returning the item. Please note that shipping charges can not be refunded. Exchanges will be subjected to shipping costs again. And also note that we will charge a 15% re-stocking fee for refunds. So the best thing is to read the size specs page and choose carefully!

Damaged or Defective Merchandise
All Fluffy Starr products are very carefully inspected for quality. But if something gets damaged within shipping, please contact us right away, when first receiving the products via email starrstore@shaw.ca and someone will contact you to rectify the situation shortly.

Shipping Times
All items will ship within a few business days of when we receive your order, and/or when it clears (for e-checks). For domestic orders, once shipped, please allow approx 4 -10 days to arrive. For outside Canada orders, please allow 2-8 weeks, depending on destination. Please note that holiday times, like Christmas, the mail may be slower to some destinations. But others are still fast. We do not know why this is. *Please note, orders going to Europe may be up to 12 weeks. Usually not that long though. In any case, your items will be well worth the wait. We promise!

Your order may be subject to import duties and/or taxes imposed by Customs when your order reaches your country. Fluffy Starr Dot Com is not responsible for taxes and customs charges. Please check your countries policies. *Also, be sure to select the correct shipping button that applies to you, or else your order will be rejected! Please read the section about "Shipping Info" above. And note that all prices are CAD (Canadian) funds, because we are a Canadian store. Also note, at the payment area there is a required field for your phone number. Please note it's for verification purposes only, for PayPal. We at the Fluffy Starr Web Store, can't see that phone number, or any of your financial info. Only your address is visible, so we can ship the products to you.
